Actor Hugh Jackman supports World Vision’s Horn of Africa appeal

Actor Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness are urging fans to support World Vision’s Horn of Africa appeal.

"World Vision is supporting long-term programmes such as drought tolerant crops, help for herders' animals and families to diversify their income source so that drought doesn't leave them without an income" says Hugh Jackman in this video message to fans.

"World Vision urgently needs your help to assist those in need" added the Hollywood star.

Hugh has been an ambassador for World Vision since 2008 and has travelled to Cambodia and Ethiopia to see World Vision’s work.

The East Africa region is experiencing one of the worst droughts in 60 years.
